Meet our team
I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, owner of Vigorate Training & Fitness, and former Division 1 tennis player. I have a Master's Degree in Kinesiology, Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, and Minor in Nutrition. I work with individuals to help improve/ fix movement pattern compensations that are the root cause of injuries. I help people get out of pain (or stay out of pain) and improve performance through mobilizing and stretching restrictions, breathing and other neurological drills, and strengthening/ engaging inhibited or weak muscles to become more biomechanically efficient.
I have over ten years of coaching experience and over 20 years of the experience being an elite level athlete. I always had different injuries (patellar tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, ankle sprains, elbow tendinitis, etc.) that set me back as a tennis player and powerlifter. This drove me to dedicate the last ten+ years of my life studying human movement, specifically how to optimize performance, fix injuries and prevent injuries. I am certified in IASTM, first aid and CPR.
